The radiator wouldn't turn off, and I was sweating all night even with the window cracked and a fan blowing. Seriously, I couldn't sleep at all!

I stayed for a relaxing weekend getaway at the hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The location is fantastic, right across from the tram stop and along the sea front. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and eager to assist. I really appreciated the gluten-free breakfast options, which were prepared thoughtfully. The evening entertainment was lively, and the cozy lounge area provided a perfect space to unwind.
I do not recommend this hotel.

My 2 nights in Blackpool were great. The location was unbeatable, for example, Coral Island Amusement Center was at a medium distance from the hotel. It was across the nice area. There was a nice bar on site. The room was amazing, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, would stay here again.

Had an amazing stay! The staff were very nice-super friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, right on the front with easy access to trams and buses. Plus, the food was delicious; we enjoyed both breakfast and evening meals. The entertainment was fun too, and really kept the atmosphere lively all night!
The room did have some quirks. We found it a bit dated and quite noisy outside in the morning. only having two power plugs was a bit inconvenient. a lovely experience with just minor hiccups!

We loved how close the hotel is to the Blackpool Illuminations and the North Pier Theatre, perfect for family outings. Our triple room was spacious enough for my son's family too.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could benefit from more family-friendly dining options.
